If you’re locked out of your computer, don’t panic. Here is a tip to see if you can fix it yourself.
First, check your username and password. Make sure you’re entering your username and password correctly. Remember, passwords are case-sensitive.
If that doesn’t work, try resetting your password. Hit the Forgot Password link on the Windows login screen and follow the prompts.
